What is d#sharp? A sharp is a little symbol (#) standing in front of a note that is supposed to be played half a tone higher. It is only half a step but makes a major difference in the overall sound of a song. If a sharp is overseen or not played correctly the sound will be awful and just not right. So it is very important that when the note needs to be half a step higher that it is also played the required way.

Just like it is with music is it also in leadership very important to be ahead of those we are leading. We need to be up to date about what is going on in a postmodern society. We need to be ahead! How could we achieve that? We want to share our experiences with you. We want to share with you from our ministry and what we have encountered and what we have learned from it.
